The track is a perfect analogy for an actual hourglass and how quick time can pass if we’re not focused and aware.

He states:
“Hourglass is a song I wrote about the stress we put on ourselves when it come to time.

When your 20’s come to an end we tend to feel pressure based on what we have or have not yet achieved, for me this stress made me feel like it was too late. Hourglass is a reminder that all good things come in time, and that there is no time limit with success.”
